Truluck and Mr. Tru- luck. Rev. Rcjnbert S. Truluck, Jr, who attends Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Ky., will ar rive Thursday to spend the holidays with his parents. Also joining them for the day will be Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Scruggs, Diane Kelly and Steve Scruggs, Mr. and Mrs. Na than C. Hanna, Mary Catherine Hanna, Jack and George Padgett, of McCormick. HOUDAY VISITORS Joe Neely, freshman at Renns. elaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N. Y., and Robert Neely, Junior at the University of South Carot- Una, Columbia, are at home with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Car- v lisle Neely, for Thanksgiving. Mrs. P. M. Pitts, L. L. Copeland, Jr., and children were in Columbia Saturday and attended “Dad’s Day” at the University of South Carolina, later going to the South Carolina- North Carolina football game. Mrs. Hendersoh Pitts leaves Fri day for a visit with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Pitts in Albemarle, N. C. Mr. and Mrs. Edward G. Camp bell and children are spending Thanksgiving Day in McCormidk with the latter’s parents, Dr. and Mrs. E. F. Gettys. Mr. and Mrs. B. S. Pinson are spending the 'nianksgiving holidays in Georgetown with relatives. George H. Comelson spent a few days last week in New York on business. Mrs. Comelson and little son accompanied him to Relaigh, N. C., where they visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Shaw. Mrs. Howard Watkins and chil dren are spending a few days in Rutherfordton, N. C., with her par ents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Reese. Miss Sara Pitts, student at Win- throp College, Rock Hill, and Miss Jackie Pitts, student at Stetson University, DeLand, Fla., are here with their mother, Mrs. James M. Pitts, for Thanksgiving. Friends of Mrs. T. L. Elder, Jr, will regret to know she is going to Athens, Ga., during the week to be with her mother, Mrs. R. L. Cau- then, who is seriously ill at St. Mary’s hsopital.
