Davenport Reunion The Davenport reunion was held recently at the Joanna picnic shelter on Milton Road. Dinner was served picnic style with each family bringing baskets. Relatives from Newberry, Deca tur, Ga., and Joanna attended. Fairforest near Spartanburg on Sun day Fifteen members ol the family from Joanna attended. Lewis Reunion The Lewis reunion was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs; Richard Lewis oil Sunday. Mrs. John Lewis and Jerry Lewis were honored on the occasion of their birthdays also. In addition to members of the immediate family from Joanna a number of out of town quests were present. Stilwell Reunion The Stilwell reunion was held at i the Joanna picnic shelter on Milton Road last Sunday. Members enjoy ed dinner picnic style. About 77 friends ’and relatives from Joanna, Clinton, Green vile, Miami, Fla., Fort Mill, Columbia, Whitmire, North Charleston, Lau rens, Chappells, Inman, Newberry, and Grenewood enjoyed the occa sion. Woman’s Club To Meet The Joanna Woman’s club will hold the September meeting on the 5th at the Joanna club house at 7:30. Mrs. Modene Brazel, president, will preside over the business ses sion, with Miss Kittie Mae Moseley, program chairman, presenting the program for the evening. The Joanna schools faculty will be guests for the evening. - Hays hospital for surgery on Mon day. Youth Fellowship The youth of Epworth Methodist Birthday Dinner Given .
