Surprise Birthday Dinner On August 6 Mrs. L. V. Fallaw and daughter surprised Mr. Fal- aw With a birthday dinner. Mrs. Bobby Wooten and Debbie, along with the Fallaw family en joyed the occasion! Mrs. J. R. Noffs Mrs. Mary Ruth Nix Noffz, 39, died Sunday morning at a Green wood hospital after several years of declining health. Mrs. Noffz was a native of Spartanburg county but had made her. home in Laurens county most of her life. She was a daughter of the late Amos and Lula May- field Nix. She attended Lakeside Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Noffz was married twice. Her first marriage was to Lewis Hyman who died several years ago. Surviving from this union are two sons, Billie- L.
