(Luke 10:37) - The cartoon I have in mind pictures a father who has just enter ed his home after a day’s work at the office. He shouts joyfully to his family., “I have a ten per cent increase in salary!” The "cartoon shows the son dreaming of a new bicycle; the mother, a fur coat; the daughter, a new wrist watch; the father himself, a set of golf clubs. Not one member of the family 'is thinking of the other members. It sat at supper one evening with a Korean pastor. The pastor’s little son toddles into the room. I'reached into my pocket and handed him a coin. I asked, “What is this?” He replied, "That’s the collection.” This little chap had never had money for candy or toys. The only tirpe'he had seen money was when he 1 was given a coin to put into tTie churcTTdffenng. When he saw money, he did not think, “That’s for candy,’.’ *but “That’s for God.”.
