Arnold Passes William Toy Arnold, 67, retired farmer, died at the home of his son, Aaron Arnold, 14 Furman St, Greenville, at4:05 a. m. Tues day following 11 years of de clining health. Mr. Arnold was the son of the late Jim and Nancy Garrett Ar nold. l- Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Waddell, of Rt. 2; Mrs. Ray Crow, of Woodruff; and Mfs. Learn to take breaks, if you can, during the day between jobs. When you find yourself geting all wound up, get off to some quiet spot for a few minutes. If there! is no other place, you can always i ber that food is sometimes as im- go to the rest room. Learn the art of relaxing by deep breathing. If you are in your automobile and have been stopped by a red Igiht, relax a few seconds by taking a few deep night meetings. Set one night breaths, holding each for a mo ment, and then releasing slowly. Carry a Testament in your pocket, a small devotional book, or some small informative and inspirational magazine not relat : ed to your work. Snach a few moments for reading during the day “between rounds.” If you work outside ’ of your home, at the end of the day when If your work is strenuous and you find yourself tired in the middle of the afternoon, eat something sweet which will give you some quick energy. Remem- portant as rest do overcome that tired feeling. Then, take a little time each week to just sit and think. Don’t try to make too many as an inviolate date with mem bers of your family. Go out for dinner. Don’t fail to use ’that weekly period—Sunday-i-which has been set up by God throughout the ages for the restoration of the soul. ‘Man is a whole personality and physical restoration is not enough. I’ve got my stocking hung by the chimney with pleaty of care, and Christmas morning it’ll be bursting full of all sorts of good things. There’ll be a candy cane sticking out of the top .. . there always is . . . and a walnut stuffed way down in the tip of the toe. And then . . . the tree!
