Finley Is Named Chairman Of Farm Committee W. Hance Finley, Mountville, was elected chairman of the Connty Agricultural committee at a meeting of committee lead ers at the agrciultural building in Laurens Thursday morning. The committee assisted the coun ty agents and home demonstra tion agents in working out their program plan of extension work for 1956. Mrs. J. W. Tinsley, Trinity- Ridge, president of the Laurens County Council of Farm Women, was named vice-chairman. D. Eugene Brown, Bailey commun ity, was elected as delegate to the state agricultural committee to meet at a later date in Colum bia. J. W. Tinsley, Trinity- Ridge, was elected alternate del egate. Mr. Brown, chairman of the county committee for 1955, pre sided at the committee meeting. Among the various topics dis cussed for the 1956 program plan of work, that th?
