Bids On Cafeteria And Kitchen Work At Cross Anchor School To Be Taken Bids were received June 28 for constructing a cafeteria and kitchen addition to Cross .Anchor high school at Cross Anchor. The cafeteria and kitchen will have some 2,500 square feet of floor space and will serve ap proximately 325 students. Wilkie-James Miss Dorothy Wilkie, daughter of Mrs. Missouri Wilkie and Thomas James, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie James were married Saturday, July 2nd. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. W. Spillers at the home of Mrs. Wilkie with only a few close friends and relatives at tending. They >left for a short trip to the mountains of North Carolina.
