Pro motions to second class were pre sented by Calvin Cooper. Promo tions to life were presented by A. C. Young to Larry Gamer of Joanna. Presentation of Merit Badges were made by “Chuck” Leatherwood. Those receiving Merit Badges were: Guy Clark, Joanna scoutmaster, Citizenship in the Home, Citizen ship in the Community, and Read ing; Billy Davis, Clinton Troop 111, Wood Carving; and Neil Dailey, Clinton Troop 111, Leather Work, Bakery and Wood Carving. Lydia’s Troop 90 walked away with -the new attendance banner. A color movie of Camp Old Indian was shown by Smokey, field exec utive. About one hundred and twenty-five boys and their parents attended the first Court af Honor of the new year.
