Speaking on thp advantages of ►union will be Dr. John M. Preston, director of the Richland County Health Department in Columbia. Dr. Preston is a son of the late j Cochran Preston, a Presbyterian minister. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sidney college in Vir ginia and the Medical College of Virginia. He practiced in Lancas ter for four years before coming to Columbia with the State Board of Health. Kenneth S. Keyes, who vWll point out the disadvantages of union, is I chairman of the board of Keyes | company, a real estate organization ! in Miami, Fla. He is prominent, nationally in realty circles, apd also is active in church work in his na tive state. The important question, wnether to unite or not, will be a major is sue in the General Assembly of the Southern Presbyterian church in June, 1954.
