beautifully appointed table covered

roses, white dentzia and narcissus.
Dinner Party

with a dinner party at their home,
“Capers Acres,’’ at Kinard.
Magnolia was effectively arrang
ed in the reception hall and in the
living room bowls of roses with
other flowers of the spring season
were placed at vantage points. Din
ner was served buffet in the dining
room and small tables were laid
for the guests.
A number of out of town friends,
and relatives from Spartanburg
and Greenville were invited for
the occasion.

The last meeting of the Clinton
music club, until the fall season, was

Thornwell was given Friday evening,
