Those officers chosen to serve by a vote of their classmates are: Senior class-president, Joe Kirven of Sumter; vice-president, Henry Hay, Jr., of Wadmalaw Island; sec retary, Bobby Barcllft of Charlotte; and treasurer, Art Baker of Sumter. Robbers Make Raid At T. J. Leake's Store A robbery Tuesday night at the T. J. Leake store on West Main street was discovered yesterday morning. Robbers gained entrance by forcing a front window. The combination to the safe was shat tered and the door damaged as if tom up by an explosion and the contents of the safe scattered. Over $100 in silver and several watches were taken from the safe and also a quantity of cigarettes. Over $200 which was hidden elsewhere in the store was not found. Friends of Major Samuel Gray will be interested to know he has arrived at Salsburg, Austria, and will be stationed at the 7650th Headquarters, Salsburg Military Post, APO 541, PM New York.
