Mr. Langston appeared on the program ,for a ten-minute ‘talk otU'thg subject, * “Ihsemihat- ing Cows on a Commission Basis.” The conference was held under the supervision of the Clemson College Dairy Department of,which J. P. LaMaster is head. On Wed- I nesday evening C. G. Cushman, leader, Clemson College Exten sion Dairy Specialist, was guest speaker at jt banquet held at Clem son House. Muph progress is being made in improving the breeding of dairy and wppf rattlp through the breed ing associations of the state through the use of high producing bulls of the Clemson dairy herd and the Animal Husbandry depart ment. Fred Hellams, assistant techni cian, will have charge of the breeding work while Mr. Langston is away attending the conference. State Pasture Contest T. Pluss Brown and D.
