Shepherd, died Monday morning at the General hospital in Greenville after a short illness. Mrs. Shepherd was a native of j Chesterfield county but had made her home here for a number of years. She attended the Fire Bap tized Holiness church. In addition to her husband, O. R. Shepherd, she is survived by two sons, Charles and Luther Shepherd, both of Clinton, -and two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Godfrey of near Lanfort^ and Mrs. Bertha Linord of Lexington, N. C. Funeral services were held yes terday afternoon from the Fire Baptized Holiness church on Beau regard street conducted by tha Rev. Burton McClain, the Rev. Robert Hughes and the Rev. Fred Rowe.
