Wright, of Laurens, has been elected superintendent of Laurens County School District Noj 55. F. P. Thompson, a member of Presbyterian college faculty, of this city, was named assistant to Mr. Wright. The appointments were a n nounced yesterday -by the new! county board of trustees. The board is composed of G. Miller McCuen. chairman, James Addison, J. J. Cornwall, George Hugueley, Jack Hamrick, Col. Jack Cooley, M B Henderson, J. D. Wasson and R P Roper.
