TEMPLETON) The five-team league of the Clin ton Little Leaguers will open next Monday afternoon with a ganje be tween Florida Street and Thom- well on the latter's field. According to National Little League rules all teams must play at least eighteen scheduled games. The Clinton Little Leaguers will pay about twenty-five games each this season. Baptist Group To Meet In Newberry The churches of the Reedy River Baptist Association will hold their spring rally at the First Baptist church in Newberry, on Friday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. Addresses will be made by Rev. J. A. Howard, and Rev. H. G. Ham- friett, both of Columbia. Miss Eth el Guest, of Nigeria, will bring a missionary message. Rev. T. B. Altman will lead the opening worship with Rev. A. F.
