The guest speaker, it is announced,
will be Dr. Pierce Harris, pastor
(f the First Methodist church, At
lanta. Ga., and one of the outstand
ing ministers of the Methodist de
nomination. He has held a num
ber of important pastorates and his
present pastorate since December
1940
Dr Harris is a popular after-dinner
speaker for such occasions with an
.•ppropriate bit of humor to enliven
his message. For the past four
years he has been writing a column
for the Atlanta Journal which is
vudely clipped and quoted.
