CLINTON GIRLS GRADUATE SUNDAY AT WINTHROP COLLEGE Annual graduation exercises for) Edward seniors at Presbyterian college will N. C begin Sunday morning at 11:15 in the First Presbyterian church. The baccalaureate sermon will be deliv ered by the Rev. S. Wilkes Dendy, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, Dalton, Ga., an alumnus of the college, and a former member ol its board of trustees. The commencement program will be concluded Monday morning at 10:30 in the college outdoor chapel. The principal address will be deliv ered by Dr. Clovis Chappell, pastor of the First Methodist church, Char lotte, N. C., and one of the outstand ing ministers of his denomination in the South. He has also achieved wide recognition as an author of rhany books. Alumni will fete the graduates at a buffet supper in the college dining hall Sunday evening at 6:30 when the Rev. Richard R.
