The recommenda tions that the committee made di rectly to the leisl-ature were that the hunting and fishing license fees be raised and the money used for game conservation and salaries of wardens, that an allocation be made for public relations, that the depart ment be given power to appoint county game wardens and assistants, and that the power to fix open sea presided and submitted the annual report of the organization. The Joanna Woman’s club served a delightful dinner for the occasion, before which the invocation was giv en by the Rev. H. F. Bauknight and after which several speakers were heard with interest. J.
