Hurt In Accident Friends of Imogene Wells, regret to learn that she is a patient in a Columoia hospital. Imogene had I her leg broken last Friday when struck by a bus. I The manager, the assistant mana ger and four Wheelettes take pleas ure in announcing that Mr. Adam Sapp Ls one of the few people of Clinton who will not benefit from the values and customer-service at The Wheel. Mr. Sapp, son of the late Green Sap and Mrs. Mary Sour Sapp, was born and raised in Laurens county. He died early Thursday morning (to day) fifty years ago. Woman’s Club Meets Last Thursday hight the Joanna Woman’s club opened with prayer by f Mrs. Bertha Stroud. The president,! M rs. G. N. Foy, presided over the business session. Mrs. CarL Franzen gave a report on the bingo, party sponsored by the club and plans were made for another one in the near luture.
