The en forcement of the parking regulations can be simplified with the cooperation of the public. The City Council of the City of Clinton has issued strict orders to the Police Department to enforce all of the above Ordinances as they are written. This is an appeal to the public to aid the Police Department in enforcing these Ordinances, by your cooperation.
