Vance — Small Loan Department Notice For Payment of 1947 City Taxes Notice is hereby given that Town Taxes for the Town of Clinton are due and collectable up to December 15th for the year 1947. The Tax Books opened for the col lection of taxes at the office of the Town Clerk on Octo ber 15th, and will remain open up to and through De cember 15th. A penalty of five (5%) per cent will be added on all taxes not paid by this date, and an additional ten (10%) per cent shall be added if said taxes and penalties are not paid on or before the 31st day of December, 1947.
