The Proverbs teach that wisdom begins with the fear of God—high regard for Him and the right atti tude toward Him. James teaches that the highest wisdom comes from God. This is the most important Teaching of the lesson—that wisdom is the gift of God and can be re ceived by those who do His will and ask God for the great gift. Half-Million '47 Units Produced By Chevrolet Detroit, July 22.—Chevrolet to day became the first manufacture! in the auto industry to announce production of half a million vehicles in the calendar year 1947, according 1 to a statement -made by Nicholas Dreystadt, general manager of this largest General Motors division. Production of its 500,000 unit July 7 contrasts with 1946, when Chev rolet, because of a prolonged strike and material shortages, had not at tained 90 high a mark until mid- November. The figure includes 360,- 947 passenger ^ cars and 140,688 trucks. The current Chevrolet record, es tablished in virtually ?ix months despite a new. car change-over per iod and limited truck production due to the model change-over that preceded announcement of the di vision’s new “advance-design” truck line for 1947, was made with only negligible output from its newly opened Flint (Mich.) assembly plant.
