The Tax Books opened for the collection of taxes at the office of the Town Clerk on October 15th. and will remain open up to and through December 15th. A penalty of five (S'.) per cent will be added on all taxes not paid by this date, and an additional ten (10%) per cent shall be added if said (axes and penalties are not paid on or before the 31st day of December, 1946.
