Games were played in the assem bly room, and later as Michael and his guests were singing “Jingle Bells,” Santa Claus came in with a pack of toys for the guests. Santa called each name and presented them with a toy. After Santa left ice cream, cake and candy were served from a table beautifully arranged with a Santa Claus and the village scene, by his mother Mrs. Lavinia Cooley.
