The Tax Books are now open for the collection of taxes at the office of the Town Clerk, and will remain open up to and through December 15th. A penalty of five (5Tf ) per cent will be added on all taxes not paid by this date, and an additional ten (10 r ; ) per cent shall be added if said taxes and penalties are not paid on or before the 31st day of December, 1944.
