as leader. Marcia Galloway read an
interesting paper, ’“Christmas Carols
and Their Origin.” The girls glee
club of Clintonthigh school sang
“Silent Night.” All Joined in sin^ng
a number of other carols.

An enjoyable musical program was
presented in which Prof. Putman, in

panist. Miss Gooddy, ’cellist, gave
several numbera with Miss Hodge at
the piano.
