Poge Five RURAL SCHOOL DENTAL CLINICS BEGUN IN COUNTY The inatiguration- of rural school dental clinics in diis county was an nounced the past week by Dr. H. R. Perkins, county health director, who ■aid that dental attention is given those pupils whom he feels are in urgent need of it and would be fi- nandally unable to obtain it other wise. ^ Dr. Peridns said that the clinics are the first such offered the rural school diildren of the county and are mads poiMbls throu^ the cooper ation of Laurens and Clinion den tists who do the dentSl work, ffie school teadiers who encourage daily care of the teeth and the county health department in organizing the clinics. Clinics have already been estab lished in nine scho<ds, he said, listing them as Lanford, Central, Musgrove, Hiuricane, Renno, Wadsworth, Long Branch, Prospect and Ml Pleasant “Other small rural schools will be readmd as rapidly as possible,”^ he added.
