York, last week notified the office of
the dean ,of Presbyterian college that
Professor John G. Barden had stood
an unusually fine examination in
completing the requirements lor the
do^r of i^osoi^y degree.
Several years ago Mr, Barden com
pleted the course requirements for
the Ph.D, and stood the comprehen-'
slve preliminary examinations. The
