MISS SUMEREL’S PUPILS HEARD IN RECITAL On Friday afternoon the musk pu pils of Miss Maude Sumerel gave a recital at the Sunday schocJ room of the Baptist church. About fifty guests were invited including parents and friends of the pupils. A delightful program of music was rendered with each pupil taking part. At the conclusion of the program the ho.stess sert'e<l ice cream cookies. and Mrs. R. S. Owens, for supper on Monday evening. Spiced pinks and pansies were used to decorate the living room where a delicious supper was served at small tables.
