Washington, March 10. — The na tion’s relief hill for 1937 was $2,333,- 314,000, exclusive of administrative costs, the Social Security board re ported Sunday. federal, state and local aid to the needy. It compared with $2,618,027,000 in 1986, the board said. Officials said the cost of public re lief in December was $194,000,000, an increase of about $12,000,000 over the total for November.
