The Tax Books w’ill be opened for the collection of taxes at the office of the Town Clerk on October 1st, and will remain open each day thereafter, Sunday excepted, up to and through November 16th. A penalty of ten (10) per cent will accrue on all taxes n.ot paid on or before Monday, November 15th, which penalty will be in force through Friday, December 31st, after w’hich an additional five (5) per cent will accrue.
