One made her shrink al- * most oUt of .«ight and the other made her uncomfortably large so that s.^e , had to work out a happy blending sf the two to keep herself her own pleas ant natural size. Summer diet offers the housewi'e jjost such a problem in balance"'as i“Alice’s.” Too many heavy foods are' distasteful, if not absolutely harm-j ful, while light foods constantly serv-1 , ed become insipid and tiresome. So, in -order to find a happy medium Le- ' tween the too hearty and the too dainty we turn to salads. Summer salads, more often 'than not, fill dual roles. The fish and meat salad answers for main course as well as salad - coarse, and the fruit salad does doty for salad and dessert. Your speedy recovery depends, first on a prompt and correct diagnosis and second on correct medication. Our prescription service is founded on over twenty years of experience in compounding. Some drugs must be bought § in small quantities, and often, from the maiiufacturers jj to insure full and uniform strength. Others may safely be I bought in large quantities, being stable, and thus effect- II ing a saving for the customer. Some must be refrigerat ed at near freezing, and some must be kept frozen. Only an electric refrigerator will do this properly. We have a large electric refrigerator for storingbur stocks of bi- ologicals, glandular intravenous preparations, supposi tories and insulin. We keep large and complete stocks of these medicines on hand at all times. Our stocks of other Q drugs and chemcials are dated on purchase, to insure Q fresh, full strength medicine for you. Drugs come in dif- [Q ferent qualities, just as do shoes^ hats and other mer- I chandise, but we use only the best that can be bought, U in our prescription department. That is your safeguard, and saves you money in the long run. Your prescription is high at any price, if it is not properly filled, and of the finest ingredients obtainable. .
