Embassy ,Oilen To Receire Citizens.' Madrid,'July 20.— The U. S. ^fm- bassy tonight warned all Americans to rraiain off the streets o^ Madrid. * « As far as was known no Americans were involved in today’s fighting. During the height of the battlp be tween rebels and government forces the embassy invited all American^ to take refuge there^if they so desired. The warning to Americans to stay off the streets was issued while Fas cists were sniping from roof tops in what the government said Was an at tempt to spread alarm. Loyal civil guards and storm guards and police, aidded by thou sands of armed I'ed militia, were in complete control of the capital.
