Novmber 15th. A1 ta.xes paid between September 15th and October 1st will carry a two (2'» ) discount; between October 1st and October 15th, a one (1\ ) per cent discount. ' A penalty of fifteen (15'^) per cent, will accrue on all Taxes not paid on or before Wednesday, November 15. The levy fdr current fi.scal year is thirty-seven (37) mills; twelve (12) mills for current operating expenses and twenty-five (25) mills for interest and sinking fund on various bond issues outstanding.
