C. Keatherstone, Presid ing Judge: We have passed on all bills handed us by the solicitor. . We recommend that the' books of the county officials for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1030, be audited and that the foreman and auditing com mittee be authorized to make the nec essary contracts to have this done. We have heretofore recommended that the court house be repaired. We strongly urge that the supervisor and county board of commissioners pro ceed promptly to have this work done. We recommend that the supervisor be required to make quarterly reports of all county expenditures showing the amount paid, to whom paid and the purpose for which same was paid, and that such reports be published in some newspaper of general circulation in the county. That the necessary funds for such purpose be provided for in the county supply bill. That if no funds are available for publishing such reports the pre.^ent year that the dele gation in the general assembly and the county board of commissioners see if they can’t arrange to raise the mon ey and provide for re-payment there of il the next supply bill.
