Quite a little excitement was rented in the vicinity of Chief Bern's homo on the south end of Hater avenue Saturday evening by a egro man who ran through Mr. lefry's back yard at a'break neck peed and badly frightened Mrs. ierry who happened to be out in pe yard. The negro, It seems, had ad a difficulty with a coolred wotan near the Dillon Mill village, nd the woman brought a revolver ito play, shooting at the negro iveral times.
