Oliver was called t< St. Paul Friday by the death o her father, Rev. Joseph Evans. Mi Evans was one of the best knowi ministers of old Fayettcville N. C. Presbytery. He was born in Ire land in 1835 and his parents movei to Canada when he was 3 year old. He moved to North Carolln; In 1869 and remained within th bounds of Fayetteville Presbyter; until his death.
