CIVIC LEAGUE HAS ENTHUSIASTIC MEETING Although the weatner was very dis agreeable yyesterday afternoon, quitte a number were present at tne meet ing of the civic league and an enthu siastic session was held. Mrs. E. E. Howell, the president, presided.
