Jane Chandler, representing Today, wore an extreme flapper cos tume. made of comic papers. Coving ton Hardee, as Tomorrow, wore two papers, blank, except for a large quggv non mark, and upon his entrance^fne question was asked, “What shall we make tomorrow?" A humorous read ing was given by Mrs. Chandler in her delightful manner. At the conclusion of the program delicious refreshments were served in two courses. Mrs. Frank Barnwell will be the hostess for the April meet- ,n * , INTERESTING MEETING OF ELLISON CAPERS j Elison Capers Chapter of U. D. C j met Thursday afternoon at the resl- - deuce of Mrs. Ellis Brunson, with Mrs vv. J. Wijkms, Mrs. W. B. Rollins and Mrs. Beulah Ildertpn assisting. It was quite a large meeting, each mem ber answering to roll call with tbe name of a Confederate bero. The meeting was opened with a most beau tiful Ritual which was afterwards unanimously adopted to be used at each meeting. '1 ne chapter was delighted to havo present one of its tar awiay members. Mrs. John Dudley, from Ohio, who is visiting in the city. Mrs. Edwin Wade and her mother. Mrs. Barger, were also most welcome guests. 1 ne chapter is continually growing. Several membership applications were given in at this meeting. The Chapter voted to offer a prize of $8 lor the Music Contest. The Chanter's one thought and effort now Is the coming reunion in May, and every thing that can be done will be for the comfort and pleasure of the hon ored guests.
