We cannot urge too strongly the practical value and importance of the Farmer’s Institute which, ac cording to the notice published in another column, is to be held in this city on June 28. Prof. J. S. Newman of Clemson College, and perhaps other experts, will be here and the general farmer, the truck- er, the dairyman—in fact, every man interested in the advancement of agriculture—cannot fail to be benefited and enlightened by at tending. We hope our farmers will turn out in full force.
