C., April iH.— 320 p. m.—The House to-day on motion oi Representative Dingley struck out the clause of recogni tion of the Cuban republic from the Senate resolution. It then adopted the resolution by a vote of 179 to 15J. PRESIDENT APPROVES MILITARY BILL President McKinley approves the House military committee bills to ^IP AND TUCK. Washington, April 18—5 p. m. —The Senate refused to concur in the House amendment and the House at 4 *20 this afternoon re fused to recede.
