The conference at Washington has been called for the purpose of forming a national organization of the commodity marketing associations. Judge Robert W. Bnghum of Louis ville, Ky., representing the tobacco associations, will be chairman of the meeting arid Carl Williams of Okla- ^ homa, representing the cotton assoI elations, will be the vice chairman. Representatives of the 160,000 cotton growers belonging to cooperative marketing associations will attend the conference.
