WashingIon, A pril 19.-Resources of the national banks showed a re duction of $1,060,148,000 in February compared with December and a re duction of $1,554,880,000 as comparet vith February of last year, accord mng to a statement issued tonight i. Reduction in the resources of the national banks in the other 61 re serve cities ranged from $J7,000,000 to $12,000,000, while the country national banks in only 12 states re ported small increases in resources, the greatest amount being reported in 'Michigan of $4,572,000 and the smallest in Mississippi of $183,000.
