Senator Wideman has had appro priated for Clarendon's bridges $15, 000 and $5,000 cross county roads. Mrs. E. C. Horton and two children are confined to their bed with in fluenza. Messrs. J. J. Broughton and J. Roll in Kolb of Pinewood were business visitors to Manning yesterday. Mr. Morris Ness has returned home from New York, bringing with him the latest ideas in merchandise. The many friends of Miss Tora Bagnal will be glad to learn that she is out again after an attack of in fluenza. Messrs. B. A. Weinberg and G. M. Smith have returned from New York, where they piurchased their spring stock.
