From the cincinnati Enqu;re': A little girl eight years old, residing at Gordon, Dakota, has written the fol lowing letter to Secretary Lamar. It was printed on a small piece of paper with a lead pencil, in a style pecaliar only to children when they are writing their first letters. Every letter is a capi tal, and reads: "Mn. L.mmiuis: Won't you please de cide the land case that is in your onle now. Ma has to work out, and Minnie is sick, and I have to do the work. T am only eight years old. The little girl wrote another letter, simi lar to her previous one, begginig the commissioner "to get 3Mr. Lamars to decide ma's case. This letter was also answered, and the correspondence sent to the secretary to hurry his action, L~ee 'as a n~oy.
