That is a pretty t good rule because it holds over the ] violator the present sentence which | # will be enforced if he- is convicted again and in one case at this court "' that has happened. j? We desire again to call to the at tention of not only the proper roa> authorities but of the people them seizes the deplorable condition of th roads anti bridges of the county. W specially direct attention to th bridge over Heller's creek, which i reported to be in a dangerous concli tion. This ought not io be allowed but ought to be corrected at th curliest possible moment for the rea son that it may involve the count; in a law tuit which might cost con side^able more than the repair, air the county would still be under th obligation to make tjie repairs.
