ROLL OF HONOR INCLUDING VETERANS AND WIDOWS All Confederate Veterans and Widows of Veterans Are to Receive Bonus Under New Law. Under a new act passed at the last session of the legislature all Confederate Veterans are to be enrolled. The new enrollment does not include those who have been on the pension list. An appropriation was made under the old law as before and in addition it was provided fox the enrolment of all Confederate veterans in the State and after paying the pensions as provided for by law the balance is to be distributed as a bonus to the men and women on the new roll. C., 26th day of April, 1865, and was at that time a member of Co A, 20th regi raent, S. C. V. Was born 15th day of October, 1846. Reside at Prosperity. Present health not good. W."W. Riser enlisted in First regiment S. C. V., Captain Whit Walker, on 14th day of January, 1861, and served in that command until the 4th. day of July, 1861.
