Notice is hereby given that the General Election for State and County Officers will "be held at the voting pre. cincts prescribed by law in said1, county, on Tuesday, (November 5, 1918, said day being Tuesday follow, ing the first Monday in November, as prescribed by the State Constitution. The qualification for suffrage: Managers of electon shall require of every elector offering to vote - it any election, "before allowing him to vote, the production of his registration certificate and proof of the payment of all taxes, including poll tax assessed against him and collectible during the previous year.
