Columbia, Nov. 10.?'At a special called meeting of the South Carolina State Press Association, held at 2 o'clock this atfernoon, which was well attended by editors from throughout ! the state, separate committees were appointed to take up tie matter of cooperate purchasing of print paper direct from the mills and the advisability of establishing a paper mill in South Carolina for the manufacture of print paper.
