DANIELS SHIFTS ATLANTIC FLEET Orders Formation of New First Line. Washington, May 12.?Reorganization of the first line of the .Atlantic fleet was ordered today by Secretary Daniels, so as to plr .e six of the older battleships in reserve and release a large part of their crews to man a destroyer division and the new dreadnoughts Oklahoma and Nevada. The Xew Jersey, Virginia, Rhode Island and Nebraska were ordered in reserve at the Boston navy yard; the Connecticut at Philadelphia and the Louisiana at' Norfolk.
